September's in full swing, and it's looking like a pretty exciting month for PlayStation fans. Not only are there lots of upcoming PS5 and PS4 games over the next few weeks, there's also PlayStation Showcase, which is just around the corner. However, there's one more reason to turn those frowns upside down this month  the new PS Plus lineup, of course.

Yes, September's trio of complimentary titles is ready to roll today. The games are available to download right now in Europe, with North America and other territories to follow very soon. As a reminder, this month subscribers will be able to claim Overcooked: All You Can Eat on PS5, and Hitman 2 and Predator: Hunting Grounds on PS4. All of these can be played on Sony's current-gen console, while PS4 owners will have to settle for just the latter two.

These games replace Hunter's Arena: Legends, Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville, and Tennis World Tour 2 starting today. So, which of September's Plus games will you be checking out? Tell us in the comments section below.Related Games

@playstation1995 I've already got and polished the whole trilogy, but I'm excited for people who haven't, they're amazing games, and as much as I felt let down by the third one, it's still much better than most other games out there.

Just remember each level is a puzzle with many solutions, so you're going to find yourself exploring, getting caught, and restarting a lot, until you know the level well enough to come up with your own solutions.

Or you can follow the opportunities which are like a tutorial for each target, but I highly recommend then trying out your own thing.

How does this hitman 2 thing work playing it hitman 3s engine is it just import the levels?

@Ssimsim yeah, it entitles you to the hitman 2 legacy pack as free DLC, rather than having to pay for it.

Edit: there's not a huge difference in the engine between 2 and 3, unless you're going to play in VR, which is only possible in 3

Its not easy to just jump on the app and find a section with these games in, I had to search for them all individually.

@FinneasGH it usually takes a little while for the games to show up in the "PS Plus" section of the app. If you were to try later today or tomorrow they'd probably be there, but it never seems to get updated at exactly the same time as the deals go live

These games arent for me, but I will claim anyway!

Please note: It is not a complaint to say the games arent for you. The free games aspect of PS Plus is what many subscribe for and so they are allowed to be disappointed having to wait another month in the hopes of getting a game for them. We dont all have the budgets to buy all the games we want so getting these games for a couple £/$/ a month is a real benefit to some of us. Also, I quite enjoy the lottery aspect of these games being announced each month. Sometimes my numbers dont come up but Im happy being part of the fun.

One thing people dont get with comment sections and polls is dont tell the whole story of how someone is feeling. We only talk in a few words and often times opposing views on the extremes of those views dominate comment sections. So dont take it personally as an attack against Sony or that the service is bad. If a poll asks, Are you satisfied? My answer this month is no (for this month) but overall I am with the service as Ive had great games made available to me that I wanted and some I never knew I wanted until I played them.

@Kienda I mean it depends on the tone of the comment. Some people clearly come across as entitled whiners who can't conceive of the notion that games that "aren't for them" might still be good games that a lot of people enjoy - and/or they think Sony is out to get them when a PS Plus game turns out to be one they've already bought.

I wouldn't have read your first sentence that way, even if you hadn't elaborated, but some commenters do explicitly whine about such things

@danlk1ng I can appreciate that, people like to whine about something. I think it is human nature to want to have an enemy or injustice to tackle. Wether that be the side attacking Sony or the side attacking the whiners.

My comment was just my long winded attempt to add some middle ground to the arguments.

What a ***** fest. If they are going to give trash like that on ps5 they need to give 2 games as well. Hitman 2 is ok, but 80% of people in to that would have played it, it's been on sale for years. This is one of the worst months in the last 2 years for me. I won't even bother claiming any of them and I think a lot people will be in the same boat as hitman 2 is the only good game and it's been $15 for years. They should just let us pick one game a month from a library they update every month. At least then people can choose their own mediocre, good but old and been through the sale wash cycle, or just poor selling game.
